Good to know that poise for LBL, a condition I experience,

pintrest has a board posted with how they recycled pads….

So, what can you do with those period pads you have around the house? Here are a few suggestions.
I use Poise light panty liners since they are so much more absorbent. I gave away all my other ones and did donate unopened packages to a charity that was coming to pick things up.

Idk about this… Something’s aren’t meant to be recycled

I agree lbl isnt fun to talk bout but it should be I mean its not as if it happens on purpose and sometimes we need to talk about things to take the so called shame away or discuss taboo subjects and if shring with others your experience or quality products then I think that is a positive good thing. After my youngest I had lbl even after doing my kegels diligently. Over time it has gotten to the point where I rarely have lbl which is great and finding quality products has been amust Thanks for sharing with us

I sent for the sample. they do send them to u

I use these –but donating to the homeless shelter is a wonderful idea–I think when I have the extra couples– I will share the second with the shelter. all are great ideas

I really appreciate the sample..They can get mighty expensive too depending on where you can get them .My places are varied pending on bus ..thank you so much

wow! now that’s new.. definitely would try this!

I have to say I love these, after my surgery I really needed something that was not just going to do its job but wear comfortable towards my skin, love these..

Poise is a great product I’ve used before!!

Having your period and having bladder leakage are totally different and yes you do need a different kind of pad. I’d go for the light panty liner

Thanks for the tips! Will definitely be trying them out.

I ‘ve tried these. They cost a bit more than regular panty liners but they do work well. And, in the Sunday paper there is usually a three dollar off coupon, so they’re basically free.

Thanks for the tips! I love this brand!

I never thought of any of these other uses for period pads, but I will definitely be giving them a try! I will also be sharing this information with my mother since I don’t usually have issues with LBL.

I can’t seem to get the link to work..

I just read yesterday, that you can put a liner pad inside a high heeled shoe to make it more comfortable. I can’t test it because I can’t wear heels but it sounds logical.

I never thought of using these as an ice pack, good idea!

Thanks for the info. I never realized how many people actually suffered from this but after talking to my friends its something they deal with and I’m glad there is something out there to help!!
